FTIR Spectrometer LB-14FTIR provides precise spectral analysis with a 7800 to 350 cm⁻¹ wavenumber range, 0.85 cm⁻¹ resolution, and ±0.01 cm⁻¹ wavenumber accuracy. It features a Cube-corner Michelson interferometer, multilayer Ge-coated KBr beam splitter, high-intensity air-cooled IR source, DLATGS detector, 24-bit A/D converter, real-time status diagnosis, and selectable scanning speeds. Sample measurement is supported with transmission holders, gas cells, quartz cuvettes, ATR, liquid cells, and reflection accessories.
