Spray Dryer LB-10SPD offers a rapid drying time of 1.0 to 1.5 seconds and supports an evaporation capacity range of 1500 to 2500 mL/h. It maintains a controlled outlet temperature between 30°C and 140°C, ensuring consistent powder quality. It provides a customizable nozzle diameter from 0.5 mm to 2.0 mm for precise and uniform atomization. Our spray dryer is equipped with a color LCD touchscreen, allowing easy monitoring of inlet/outlet temperatures, peristaltic pump speed, and air volume.
