Flow Cytometer
Our flow cytometer is designed for the rapid and precise analysis of cells and particles in a fluid suspension. It operates by suspending these particles in a stream of fluid and passing them through a laser beam, one at a time. The interaction between the laser light and the particles generates multiple signals, including forward scatter and side scatter to assess size and granularity, as well as fluorescent signals from labeled biomarkers. Flow cytometers can analyze thousands of particles per second, offering quantitative data about cell characteristics, including size, shape, complexity, and the presence of specific biomolecules.
